Advocating for the women of chicago since 1968
Chicago NOW has fought for the rights of women and people in Chicago since 1968. NOW is the largest feminist grassroots organization in the United States. We stand with over 500,000 members and 550 chapters across all 50 states to advocate and fight for the rights of women. On a local level, we endorse candidates, build connections with our community and various community organizations, and fight to ensure that the women of Chicago are given opportunities to thrive and make change in the city, state, nation, and world.
Chicago NOW engages in a multi-faceted approach to enact change; Utilizing lobbying, rallies, collective action, and community engagement to better the lives of those we serve.
Everyone has a place in the women's movement, and Chicago NOW welcomes all people to our organization. Are you passionate about women's rights? Ready to fight for change in our city, state, and nation? Consider joining Chicago NOW today, and make your voice heard.
